1. In accordance with AR 600-55 and DA Pam 750-1, the following individuals are appointed as the Master Driver for 176th Engineer Brigade (TXARNG).

1. Authority. AR 600-55, The Army Driver and Operator Standardization Program (Selection, Training, Testing, and Licensing); DA Pam 750-1, Chapter 10.

1. Duties and Responsibilities. The Master Driver will:

• Manage the unit driver training and licensing program
• Supervise License Instructors and License Examiners
• Develop and maintain driver training schedules and plans
• Ensure operator training meets AR 600-55 requirements
• Review and validate operator licensing packets
• Conduct quarterly reviews of unit licensing program
• Maintain driver training records and documentation
• Coordinate sustainment training for licensed operators
• Brief commander on driver training program status

1. Qualifications. Must be a licensed operator on all equipment types assigned to the unit and have completed Master Driver training.
