1. Duties and Responsibilities. License Examiners will:

• Administer operator licensing examinations IAW AR 600-55
• Conduct written and practical tests for licensing
• Evaluate operator proficiency on assigned equipment
• Complete and sign DA Form 348 (Equipment Operator's Qualification Record)
• Ensure examination standards meet regulatory requirements
• Document examination results and failures
• Coordinate examination schedules with Master Driver
• Maintain objectivity and integrity in all examinations

1. Qualifications. Must be a licensed operator on all equipment types they examine and have completed License Examiner training. License Examiners will not examine operators they have trained.
