- In accordance with AR 600-55, TC 21-305-20, and DA Pam 750-1, the following individuals are appointed as Night Vision Device (NVD) Instructors for 176th Engineer Brigade (TXARNG).

- Authority. AR 600-55, The Army Driver and Operator Standardization Program; TC 21-305-20, Night Vision Device Driving Operations; DA Pam 750-1, Chapter 10.

- Duties and Responsibilities. NVD Instructors will:
- Conduct NVD operator training IAW TC 21-305-20
- Train operators on proper NVD use, care, and maintenance
- Instruct operators on NVD driving techniques and safety
- Conduct classroom and practical NVD training
- Prepare operators for NVD licensing examinations
- Document NVD training in operator training records
- Ensure training meets all regulatory requirements
- Coordinate NVD training schedules with Master Driver
- Qualifications. Must possess a valid NVD operator license and have completed NVD Instructor certification training.
- This appointment memorandum will be validated annually.
