1. In accordance with TB 43-0134 and DA Pam 750-1, the following individuals are appointed as Battery Maintenance Operators for 176th Engineer Brigade (TXARNG).

1. Duties and Responsibilities. Battery Maintenance Operators will:

• Test batteries IAW TB 43-0134 using approved testing equipment
• Maintain battery maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure proper storage of serviceable and unserviceable batteries
• Conduct battery charging operations in designated areas
• Use required PPE during all battery operations
• Maintain battery maintenance area cleanliness and safety
• Coordinate turn-in of unserviceable batteries
• Maintain spill response equipment and procedures
• Train operators on basic battery care and maintenance

1. Qualifications. Must have completed battery maintenance training and be familiar with TB 43-0134 requirements.
