- In accordance with TB 43-0134 and DA Pam 750-1, the following individuals are appointed as Battery Maintenance Operators for 176th Engineer Brigade (TXARNG).

- Duties and Responsibilities. Battery Maintenance Operators will:
- Test batteries IAW TB 43-0134 using approved testing equipment
- Maintain battery maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure proper storage of serviceable and unserviceable batteries
- Conduct battery charging operations in designated areas
- Use required PPE during all battery operations
- Maintain battery maintenance area cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate turn-in of unserviceable batteries
- Maintain spill response equipment and procedures
- Train operators on basic battery care and maintenance
- Qualifications. Must have completed battery maintenance training and be familiar with TB 43-0134 requirements.
- This appointment memorandum will be validated annually.
