- In accordance with AR 750-1, DA Pam 750-1, and TB 43-0211, the following individuals are appointed as the Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) Monitor for 176th Engineer Brigade (TXARNG).

- Duties and Responsibilities. The AOAP Monitor will:
- Manage unit participation in the Army Oil Analysis Program
- Ensure enrolled equipment is sampled at proper intervals per TB 43-0211
- Review AOAP laboratory results and initiate corrective actions
- Maintain AOAP enrollment rosters and sampling schedules
- Train operators on proper oil sampling procedures
- Coordinate with supporting AOAP laboratory
- Track equipment with abnormal oil analysis results
- Ensure timely response to AOAP exception codes
- Maintain AOAP records in accordance with AR 25-400-2
- This appointment memorandum will be validated annually.
