Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

This WBS defines the complete scope of work for Project PASS PMP, broken down into hierarchical levels to support planning, scheduling, and control.
It captures the two-track delivery system:

  • Track A: Public-facing PMP Study Knowledge Base
  • Track B: Internal GitHub Team Knowledge Base

Each WBS element is assigned a unique identifier to support integration with the WBS Dictionary and Schedule.


1.0 Project PASS PMP

1.1 PMP Study Knowledge Base (Public-Facing Site)

1.1.1 Learning System Architecture

📎 This WBS is maintained in alignment with the Scope Statement and WBS Dictionary.
Changes must be logged via a formal Change Request and approved by the sponsor.
