1.1 PMP Study Knowledge Base (Public-Facing Site)
1.1.1 Learning System Architecture
Description: Design the underlying structure and logic of the study siteβs content organization.
Deliverables: Lesson template, domain-based sections, numbered folders (100β500), cross-linking strategy
Responsible: Sponsor, Site Architect
Notes: Must support linear (textbook-style) and modular (jump-to-topic) navigation
1.1.2 Content Development
Description: Develop ECO-aligned lesson content based on video transcripts and class notes
Deliverables: Markdown files for all lessons, cross-referenced to ECO Tasks and Enablers
Responsible: Sponsor, Content Developer
Notes: Lessons must follow the standard structure: BLUF, SLOs, Key Topics, Activities, Summary, ECO Links
1.1.3 Case Study Lab
Description: Write scenario-based case studies to reinforce exam-relevant concepts

1.3 Sponsor Review & Validation
1.3.1 Lesson Approval
Description: Review content for ECO alignment and accuracy

1.3.2 Artifact Review
Description: Validate internal artifacts such as WBS, risk plan, glossary protocols

1.4.1 Final QA and Link Testing
