Reading the ESR

This is the practical layout for reading an ESR. The highlighted fields show the information leaders need most: equipment identity, operational status, work order details, repair status, parts movement, and time in deadline status.

Understanding where that information lives is the key to analyzing the data. It allows leaders to identify what matters first, compare competing problems, and set priorities for the lines of effort that will improve readiness.
