Add something to the recurring schedule

If you’d like a weekly or regular activity listed in the left-hand schedule—book club, cards, walking group, whatever—fill this out and send it to the event coordinator. One-time parties or special nights belong on Submit Event instead.

  • You’ll pick which days it usually meets and what time folks show up.
  • One main photo helps neighbors recognize the activity—we’ll bundle it with your message.
  • When you tap send, your device opens email (or Share) with the details filled in, same idea as the event form.
About the activity

The name neighbors will see on the schedule—keep it short and clear.

A few sentences are plenty: who it’s for, what to bring, if there’s a signup, and so on.

Pick the closest spot. If it’s somewhere else, choose Other and describe it below.

When it meets

These activities repeat on the same day(s) each week. Check every day that usually applies—you can always ask the coordinator to tweak it later.

Use the time picker your device shows—most people pick something like 7:00 p.m.

Repeats on

Tap each day this activity usually meets—we need at least one day checked to add it.

Extras (optional)

If you want, add a few words separated by commas—like cards, seniors, beginners. Skip this if you’re not sure.

Photos

Please add one main photo for the activity. Extra shots are welcome if you have them—they ride along when you send your request.

For email, smaller files send more easily: about 4 MB per photo and 16 MB total is a comfortable target. We’ll give you a heads-up if your picks run bigger than that.

How can the coordinator reach you?

Optional, but helpful if something in your request needs a quick question.

Point of contact

If someone sees this activity on the schedule and wants to know more, the coordinator can list you so neighbors know who to ask.
