Communications Log

Purpose
This document tracks key project communications throughout the lifecycle of Project PASS PMP. It includes meeting records, major updates, escalation notices, stakeholder requests, publishing events, and response documentation.
It supports:
- Accountability for information delivery
- Stakeholder alignment
- Root cause analysis for communication breakdowns
- Integration with the Communications Management Plan and PACE Policy
Usage Instructions
- Log all major messages, meetings, decisions, and comms events
- Use consistent formatting and time stamps
- Include CR ID or Issue # if linked to a change or blocker
- This document is permanent record for project communications

Review Notes
- This file is reviewed at each sprint closeout or major milestone
- PM is responsible for maintaining integrity and accuracy
- Log entries should be factual, neutral, and time-stamped
- If communication failure contributes to risk, it must be recorded here
