Knowledge Management Plan
Project PASS PMP
Purpose
This plan describes how knowledge will be created, captured, shared, reused, and protected throughout the lifecycle of Project PASS PMP. It applies to all team members, documents, decisions, and workflows that result in valuable knowledge assets.
The goal is to reduce rework, accelerate onboarding, preserve insights, and ensure long-term accessibility of project-critical information.

- Meeting summaries
- Process notes
- Style and formatting conventions
- Decisions and rationale
- Templates and reusable content
- Change logs and retrospectives
- Tool and publishing workflows
Knowledge Lifecycle

| Capture | Notes, docs, comments, decisions collected from source (meetings, messages, files) |
| Structure | Converted into markdown, templates, or cross-linked references |
| Review | Reviewed by PM or domain lead for clarity and accuracy |
| Publish | Merged into KB folders or referenced from lesson plans |
| Reuse | Re-linked or repurposed in scope/schedule/cost plans or retrospectives |
| Archive | Indexed or retired at project closeout or milestone delivery |
Roles and Responsibilities

This plan will be reviewed at each milestone and updated as needed.
All knowledge assets must be linked into the system using standard file naming, versioning, and indexing formats.
