Purpose

This document defines consistent risk categories used to classify threats and opportunities across Project PASS PMP. Standardized types improve clarity, tracking, and analysis.

Risk Labeling

  • Each risk must be tagged with a primary category
  • Multiple tags allowed, but one must be declared β€œprimary”
  • Risk Types must appear in YAML or register column
