This document summarizes the current schedule health of Project PASS PMP.
It tracks progress against the Schedule Baseline using core metrics from Earned Value Management (EVM).
Metrics include:
- Planned % Complete
- Actual % Complete
- Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
- Variance from Schedule
- Completion Commentary

📌 SPI = Earned Value (EV) ÷ Planned Value (PV)
SPI < 1.0 = Behind schedule
SPI > 1.0 = Ahead of schedule
Summary Commentary
As of this reporting period:
- Content work began on time, but glossary drafting and case study prep are behind.
- Contributors flagged dependency delays on glossary completion.
- Milestone MS-04 (“Glossary Skeleton Published”) is at risk of slipping 2 days.
- Recovery plan in place: consolidate glossary using automated template links.
